Pin-It Party #9 and a Giveaway!

This post by Craft Cravings on how to Make Your Own Gummy Candy was one of the top clicked posts last week.  I'm sure we're all trying to avoid HFCS and other food junk like it, so this is a great way to still have fruit snacks that kids love so much.

The other post that received the most clicks is a long-time favorite of mine by Aprille from Beauty in His Time.  You're going to want to read My Slow Journey Away from Attachment Parenting.  I have a similar story to Aprille's, though I wrote about my slow journey away from Babywise.  I still like some aspects of it, but I'm no longer a big fan of any parenting rule book that will make you feel guilty or feel like less of a mom if you don't adhere strictly to it.  Kudos to Aprille for having the guts to speak honestly about it.
